Cancellation policy due to COVID
Are you unable to travel and check into our hotel because of the following reasons, we will grant a free cancellations and fully refund your deposit.
– Closing of borders by the government
– Closing of the hotel by the government
– Closing of the ski resort by the government
If there is a travel warning issued by the relevant ministry from the country of entry, but travel to Lech is still possible, the cancellation policies listed here also apply.
We would like to advise that in case the government issues a stricter law and only vaccinated and covid recovered guests are allowed to be accepted into hotels, this does not present reason for a free cancellation for non-vaccinated guests.
Our tip: Take out the travel cancellation insurance with the Austria Insurance
We do recommend taking out the Insurance from the European Travel Cancellation Insurance, which are vital in case of a cancellation or a premature termination of your vacation.
- Illness of a guest due to COVID-19
- Illness of a close relative or of a person living in the same household due to COVID 19 and the presence of the guest at home is vital
- Temperature and the suspect diagnosis of COVID-19, even if the test result is negative afterwards
- Positive COVID 19 test result without having any symptoms
- If a close relative living in the same household has fallen ill and the guest has to go under quarantine
- Daily cleaning and disinfection of all public areas

- Regular airing of all rooms with fresh mountain air
- While entering and leaving all restaurant areas disinfect your hands

- All our menus are now accessible via QR codes which are placed on the table
- Our service staff are all vaccinated
- Massages can be booked through the reception. The therapists are all vaccinated.
- We recommend to use our steam bath and sauna only with people from the same family
