Reservation conditions
Prices in euro per person and day including Enzian half-board, additional visitors tax of euro 3,80 per person and day, from the age of 14 years,
euro 4,59 per person and day from the age of 14 years from December 1st, 2024,
euro 4,60 per person and day from the age of 14 years from January 1st, 2025
For unused half-board, we will refund you 10.00 euros per person, if you cancel by 10 a.m. at the latest.
The route between Lech and Warth is closed during the winter month.
Should you arrive after 8.00 pm, please be so kind and inform our reception!

Please let us know before arrival if you suffer from intolerances such as gluten, lactose, fructose or other allergies. If you prefer vegetarian or vegan menus, please let us know before you arrive. We try to respond to all wishes and special requirements as far as possible.
You are welcome to take your beloved four-legged friend with you. Your dog will be charged € 30,00 in winter and € 10,00 in summer per day without food. Please note that dogs are not allowed in our restaurant and buffet area. Thank you for your cooperation!
Parking space is provided free of charge, Garage on request € 22,00 in winter and € 5,00 in summer per day.
We offer an e-charging station at a charge for our guests.
The hotel area and all rooms are non-smoking. In order to offer our smokers a pleasant atmosphere, we have set up a smoking lounge outside at the entrance.

Your reservation is confirmed after a deposit of 30% of the total price of your stay has been made.

Please note that there is an additional charge of 3% for payments with credit card on all out-sourced hotel services (e.g.: Ski school, Massage, Taxi, Ski passes, Ski Overnight Service etc.…).
in summer:
So that you can continue to plan your holiday without worries, we offer you a free cancellation guarantee up to 48 hours before arrival for stays during the summer season.
in winter:
no charges up to 30 days before the arrival day
from 29 to 15 days we charge 40 % of the total room rate
from 14 to 7 days we charge 70% of the total room rate
from 6 days we charge 90 % of the total room rate
No-shows, late or early departures will be charged 100 % of the total room rate.
Are you unable to travel and check into our hotel because of the following reasons, we will grant a free cancellations and fully refund your deposit.
– Closing of borders by the government
– Closing of the hotel by the government
– Closing of the ski resort by the government
If there is a travel warning issued by the relevant ministry from the country of entry, but travel to Lech is still possible, the cancellation policies listed here also apply.
We would like to advise that in case the government issues a stricter law and only vaccinated and covid recovered guests are allowed to be accepted into hotels, this does not present reason for a free cancellation for non-vaccinated guests.
In the case you fall ill with COVID-19, have a positive PCR test or you are quarantined as a contact person to a COVID19-positive person, this does not present reason for a free cancellation.
Our tip: Take out the travel cancellation insurance with the Austria Insurance.
